Texas Realtor Brand Photography: Featured DFW Real Estate Agent Photoshoot

Hey friends! I’m so excited to share this week’s featured branding session with you all. This Texas realtor brand photography session covered all the personal branding bases. From lifestyle content to branded detail shots, I got to do a little bit of everything I love to do as a photographer. Overall, it was such a fun shoot.

Texas real estate agent Marci Poticny is an expert in the Metroplex real estate market. With an emphasis on clear, direct communication, she keeps her clients well-informed so they can buy and sell confidently. Her status as a Certified Pricing Strategy Advisor and as a member of the Luxury Home Council speaks to her strong commitment to excellence. Plus, as a DFW local, Marci views advising her neighbors on one of life’s biggest decisions as a special honor.

When Marci booked me for her personal branding session, she had a few goals for the shoot. First, she wanted to capture some professional branded portraits to use on her website. She also hoped to include her husband, also a real estate professional, in some photos. And finally, Marci needed lifestyle and at-work shots for marketing and social media. So, using The Brand Photographer’s Planning Template, we devised a detailed session plan to capture everything she needed.

SHOT LIST FOR THIS TEXAS REALTOR BRAND PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION:

  • Professional portraits
  • Portraits with spouse
  • Lifestyle content
  • At-work / staging shots
  • Welcome gift details photos
  • Celebratory shots

Marci chose one of my favorite DFW-area studios for her shoot: the Stock and Seed natural light studio in Argyle, TX. This beautifully styled ranch house gave us a variety of spaces to shoot in. And each of the eight outfits Marci selected for her Texas realtor brand photography session complemented her brand perfectly. We even incorporated some fun glitter confetti for the celebratory shots. Ultimately, I know these final edits will help Marci elevate her brand. So, I can’t wait to see how she uses them!
