Real Estate Agent Brand Photoshoot: DFW Personal Branding Session

Hello there! I’m so glad you’re here because I can’t wait to share this week’s featured branding session. This real estate agent brand photoshoot in Roanoke, TX, was all about content creation. From portraits to at-work shots to branded lifestyle shots, we got a little bit of everything at this shoot. Since this client had a clear vision and goals for her session, it was fun to follow her lead and help her expand her branded image catalog!

Darby Merriman, a top-producing DFW real estate agent with Keller Williams, leads a dedicated team of real estate experts in providing next-level customer service for all clients regardless of price point. Darby works hard to educate and empower her clients while keeping every transaction as fun and low-stress as possible. Ultimately, she and her team strive to use their real estate expertise to help people find homes they love.

Since Darby has worked with other photographers on branding sessions in the past, she had very clear goals for this DFW real estate agent brand photoshoot. She does a lot of advertising both on and off the web, so content creation was her primary purpose for booking me. We needed to pick up where her previous brand photo gallery left off and create a variety of different photos Darby could use throughout the year. So, using my Brand Photographer’s Planning Template, we came up with a detailed roadmap for Darby’s shoot!

SHOT LIST FOR THIS REAL ESTATE AGENT BRAND PHOTOSHOOT:

  • Portraits
  • Lifestyle content
  • Working shots
  • Negative space shots
  • Shots with branded signs
  • Shots with blank boards (to add text for marketing)

Wild Oak Studio, a rentable natural light photo studio in Roanoke, TX, was the perfect location for Darby’s shoot. She mentioned in her initial questionnaire that she generally preferred a professional studio space for her photos but also liked having some more relaxed lifestyle shots on hand. So, this space offered us the best of both worlds. In the end, the light, airy feel of the studio worked perfectly with all of Darby’s many outfits.

Overall, I am so happy with how this real estate agent brand photoshoot turned out. I know we captured so many great images that Darby will use for many months to come.
