So, without further ado, here’s a list of my favorite apps to simplify the backend of your business, both in the office and on the go!

TOP 5 MUST-HAVE APPS FOR BRAND PHOTOGRAPHY BUSINESSES

1. Canva – Content Creation and Sharing

This is my favorite app for content creation! I use Canva to create and share IG stories for blog posts, features, client shoots, and more.

2. Planoly – IG Grid Planner

Since Instagram is like a mini portfolio, I like visually seeing what my feed will look like with all my content. So, I use the Planoly app to plan my IG grid and maximize my profile’s impact.

3. Quickbooks – Expense Tracker

The Quickbooks mobile app is a fantastic tool for tracking and managing business expenses, categorizing expenses, tracking mileage, and more!

4. TickTick – Task Organizer

This is the app I use to drop notes and info to my team. I love that TickTick helps me keep everyone on track and organized with their tasks.

5. Lightroom Mobile – On-the-Go Photo and Video Editor

While I only use Lightroom Desktop for my client’s edits, I like to use Lightroom Mobile when sharing personal things on social media. This mobile editor lets me quickly ensure all my content is consistent with my brand identity.

All in all, I think these are some of the best apps for brand photography businesses because you’ll use them all the time. I know I do!
