Dallas Entrepreneur Brand Photography Session: DFW Personal Branding Photoshoot

Hey there! I am so excited to share this week’s featured branding session with you all. This Dallas entrepreneur brand photography shoot was all about creating a solid foundation for my client’s visual brand. Headshots and portraits are a huge part of any strong personal brand, so we started there.

Keely Vendig, the woman behind DFW-based home and holiday business Navy Blooms, believes in celebrating all occasions, both big and small! If you’re looking for personal accessories to help you show off your team spirit, Navy Blooms has you covered. Or, if you need someone to design and execute stunning seasonal displays, Navy Blooms can help! Though Keely’s holiday installation calendar fills up fast, her online storefront always offers a variety of ready-to-ship products.

Initially, Keely reached out because she wanted to present a more polished, professional image on her social media. Like many of us business owners, she’s not the greatest at putting herself forward as the face of her brand. Still, Keely knew how vital a solid brand image is when you want to grow your business. So, using the ATP Brand Photographer’s Planning Template, we put together a shot list that would get the Navy Blooms visual brand off to a strong start.

SHOT LIST FOR THIS DALLAS ENTREPRENEUR BRAND PHOTOGRAPHY SHOOT

  • Headshots
  • Professional portraits
  • Lifestyle portraits

Since we decided to focus on headshots and portraits for this session, shooting in a studio made the most sense. Keely chose the Lumen Room Plano, a modern, white-washed studio space with great natural light. Ultimately, the white backgrounds were the perfect contrast to Keely’s vibrant outfit choices. We shot some photos for fall, winter, spring, and summer so she can keep her brand fresh and updated throughout the year. Overall, I am so happy with the final images from this Dallas entrepreneur brand photography session!
